For the latter, I use a third-party booking system called Bookwhen - you can read their privacy notice at www.bookwhen.com/privacy
All personal information collected in this way will only be used to provide you with the information and/or services that you request from Childspose Yoga.
Personal information automatically collected: The Childspose Yoga website is hosted by Squarespace, which automatically collects personal data when you visit the website in order to run the website, power site analytics, and to protect and improve its platform and services.
Information collected by Squarespace includes:

• Web pages you view while on this website
• Your IP (internet protocol) address

Personal information shared directly with Childspose Yoga (e.g. name, email address, phone number) will be stored securely via various applications Google Workspace (e.g. Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and will always be password protected using 2-step verification.
How long will we keep your information for?
I will only keep you information for as long as necessary to fulfil my services. When I have no ongoing legitimate need to store your personal information, it will be deleted from our servers.
