I’M BECKY
I’m a London-based 500hr certified yoga teacher passionate about helping you discover the space and freedom that yoga can bring to your life.
As a mum of two, I understand how overwhelming life in a busy city can get. How we can easily lose sight of our own needs when juggling family life. As a woman I understand how our bodies continuously evolve along with our relationship to them. The practice of yoga allows me to find some internal equanimity in an external world that’s constantly shifting.
My approach integrates a blend of traditional yoga practices with a focus on functional movement and anatomy. In my classes, I prioritise movement patterns that support everyday activities, helping students build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore your body's capabilities and foster a sustainable, functional practice.
Through yoga, I want you to find joy in movement, space in stillness and peace through connecting to yourself.
