After the success of our last retreat, Italian cook Adele Ursitti and I are so excited to return to her unspoilt hometown on the Adriatic coast. The retreat combines daily yoga sessions to ground and rejuvenate, alongside hands-on cookery classes and excursions that showcase the rich culinary traditions of the region. Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice or learn how to prepare authentic Italian dishes, this retreat promises a fulfilling and enriching experience in a peaceful environment.
